Payment & Order Processing
Once orders are placed please allow 48 hours for order processing(excluding National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise. After order and payment is processed and fulfilled you will receive a tracking number through your postal carrier. PLEASE NOTE : your tracking number will update once order is computed into your carrier system USPS,UPS,FEDEX etc.
Pieces are LIMITED quantity with select restocks. When pieces drop a full description is listed on the website. Please allow 1-2 weeks packaging and shipping for domestic orders. To ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. 44bckend as an entity and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address or misplaced packages. Once we turn orders over for shipment from our HQ we are no longer liable and have no control over the order. Please reach out to the respective carrier listen in your email/order confirmation for further assistance.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless your product is the incorrect item.Most items are pre-order items and limited handmade to order. Please make sure you check our size charts to ensure you receive the correct size. For inquiries please contact customer support or our email below!!
Our sizing temporarily runs from small to xtra large. Size charts for each item can be found on our instagram page @44bckend. Make sure to use size guide for reference.
Local Orders Policy
Only orders within 10 mi of headquarters are eligible for local ordering. Select custom options for pickup with a processing fee.You will have to arrange a pick up for your product for inquiries DM us on instagram or reach out to our customer support email.
